By accessing or using the HOST Healthcare platform (hosthealthcare.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of HOST, including browsers, asset owners, healthcare providers, and administrators.

HOST is an online marketplace that connects healthcare providers with owners of medical equipment and clinical spaces available for rent, lease, or sale in Nigeria.

HOST acts as an intermediary platform only. We do not own, operate, or directly control any of the assets listed on the platform. All transactions are agreed directly between the asset owner and the enquiring provider.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting an inquiry or listing an asset.

Asset owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, photographs, pricing, availability, and compliance with applicable regulations.

You agree not to use HOST for any unlawful purpose, including listing equipment without proper authorisation or submitting false inquiries.

You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account or contact information.

All asset listings are subject to HOST's verification and approval process. HOST reserves the right to reject, remove, or modify any listing that does not meet our standards or that violates these terms.

Verification by HOST does not constitute a warranty or guarantee of the condition, safety, or regulatory compliance of any listed asset. It indicates that HOST has reviewed the submission and found it consistent with the information provided.

Asset owners must ensure that their equipment and spaces comply with all applicable Nigerian health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Submitting an inquiry through HOST does not constitute a binding agreement to rent, lease, or purchase. All final terms — pricing, duration, payment, and conditions — are agreed directly between the parties.

HOST is not a party to any transaction and accepts no liability for disputes arising from agreements made between users of the platform.

We encourage all users to conduct appropriate due diligence before entering into any arrangement facilitated through HOST.

The HOST platform, including its design, code, branding, and written content, is the intellectual property of HOST Healthcare Services and is protected by applicable law.

Asset owners grant HOST a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display the content they submit (including descriptions and images) for the purpose of operating the marketplace.

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, HOST Healthcare Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from any transaction facilitated through it.

HOST's total aggregate liability to any user, for any cause, shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by that user to HOST in the 12 months preceding the claim.

HOST reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any user who violates these terms or whose conduct is deemed harmful to the platform, other users, or the public.

You may stop using HOST at any time. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of HOST after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
